Hellas II definition

Hellas II means Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) II, a partnership limited by shares (société en commandite par actions) incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 8-10, rue Mathias Hardt, L-1717 Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B.93.039.
