Held Amount definition

Held Amount means a Facility B (EUR) Held Amount and/or a Facility B (USD) Held Amount.
Held Amount has the meaning attributed to that term in section 5.8. (pp) “Holiday” has the meaning attributed to that term in the Interpretation Act.‌‌
Held Amount means the Distributive Share of any Unsigned First Nation, together with Investment Income accrued thereon, held by the Partnership on behalf of such Unsigned First Nation in accordance with the Partnership Agreement.

  • Bank may apply the Held Amount to pay Amounts Due if insufficient funds are available in the Payment Account.

  • Bank shall return any remaining Held Amount within 180 days following the termination date of this Agreement.

Related to Held Amount

  • Withheld Amount means any amount required to be withheld by the Partnership to pay over to any taxing authority as a result of any allocation or distribution of income to a Partner.

  • Withheld Amounts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.

  • Threshold Amount means $50,000,000.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Dividend Threshold Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a)(v).
