Hearing Procedure definition

Hearing Procedure means the procedures set forth in Articles 13-15 of the Bylaws.

  • To the extent the Tenure Termination Committee procedures are inconsistent or conflict with Sections II through VII of the Supplemental Title IX Employee Disciplinary Hearing Procedure, the Supplemental Title IX Procedure sections will prevail.
