Health and Safety Adviser definition

Health and Safety Adviser means the person so designated in the Agreement or such other person so appointed from time to time by the Authority and notified as such to the Contractor;

Health and Safety Adviser means the _Engineers or Vendors employee designated to act as its health and safety adviser for the purposes of this Agreement and/or the 16(2) appointee of the Engineer/Vendor, as referred to in clause 3 hereunder. The name of the Engineers or Vendors Health and Safety Adviser is contained in the Service Provider Detail Sheet. The Engineers or Vendors shall be entitled to change the designated Health and Safety Adviser from time to time.
