Head Manager definition

Head Manager means Navios Shipmanagement Inc., a corporation domesticated under the laws of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands having its registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands MH 96960 as head manager.

  • The matter in dispute shall be presented to the person (Direct Supervisor, Department Head, Manager or other appropriate Company representative) to whom the employee(s) involved are responsible.
