Hardware Support Services definition

Hardware Support Services means the maintenance of hardware services supplied by the Company to the Customer under these Conditions as more particularly described in the Order;
Hardware Support Services means the support and maintenance services (which may be on a standard or premium basis) for the Hardware detailed in the Product Order, which are to be provided by WFM to Customer and which shall form part of the Support Services.
Hardware Support Services means the support services described in the Terms and Conditions and are comprised of Standard Hardware Support Services and, if elected, Premium Hardware Support Services.

Examples of Hardware Support Services in a sentence

  • For Hardware Support purchased during the product warranty period, this Agreement will begin on the date of initial purchase of the new hardware product to be supported and will terminate either at the end of the specified number of years of service purchased; or for Hardware Support Services with page limits, terminate once the specified page limit (or page count) has been exceeded or at the end of the specified number of years of service purchased, whichever comes first.

  • Customer shall bear all delivery/shipping costs and all risk of loss during shipment/delivery of Timeclock hardware relating to Hardware as a Service or Hardware Support Services.

  • No Software Term or term for Hardware, Support Services, Professional Services or E-Learning services, or other right to any product or service will continue after termination of this Agreement, including without limitation perpetual Software Terms.

  • Hardware Support Services are only available on Appliances that are under a current Support agreement with LogRhythm.

  • Client may also subscribe for Standard Hardware Support Services for Accessories (Premium Hardware Support Services are not available for Accessories).


More Definitions of Hardware Support Services

Hardware Support Services means the maintenance services to be provided by MAM for the Supported Hardware in accordance with the terms of Section E and the Contract Terms;
Hardware Support Services means Dell-branded services and extended warranties attaching to Products, made available by Dell from time to time as more specifically defined in the relevant service offering/ warranty description document (a “Dell Services Description”);
Hardware Support Services means the hardware support services in respect of the Supported Hardware as described in more detail in these Product Terms. SLA: means the service level guidelines set out on the Order Form and/or in the Support Handbook, and as may be updated from time to time by K3 and notified to the Customer.
Hardware Support Services hardware support services, advice and assistance including (where applicable) repairs, adjustments or replacements made, as We deem necessary to return the supported Hardware to normal operating conditions, subject to the availability of replacement parts and limitations, as described in this Attachment and Support Policies.
Hardware Support Services means hardware support for the Hardware as set out in this Schedule of the Contract.
Hardware Support Services means support provided for the Hardware in accordance with the Hardware Support Policy.
Hardware Support Services means the support services for the Hardware provided in accordance with this Warranty.
