Hardware Requirements definition

Hardware Requirements has the meaning set out in Section 2(a).
Hardware Requirements refers to the hardware needed for the use and operation of the modified System, as described in Appendix 1.1.e;

  • The system design functions shall be allocated to hardware, software, and procedures and documented in the Hardware Requirements Document, the Software Requirements Document, and the CONOPS.

  • Hardware Requirements The use of the Hardware by the Customer will be subject to specifications as provided either by TeamViewer or by the Hardware manufacturer.

  • Client acknowl- edges and agrees that, without prejudice to section 11(c) (Excep- tions to Limitations of Liability), but otherwise to the maximum ex- tent permitted by applicable law, Yardi’s provision of any assis- tance in connection with such third party software or hardware shall not alter Client’s responsibility or the exclusion of Yardi’s liability as set out under this section 5(a) (Third Party Software & Hardware Requirements).

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that if it fails to meet the Minimum Hardware Requirements, additional support and/or Professional Services may be required to rectify any issues, the Charges for which shall be determined in accordance with Sycurio’s Rate Card then in effect.

  • Yardi shall not be liable for any such third party software or hardware, and Client acknowledges and agrees that any assistance provided by Yardi in connection with such third party software and hardware shall not alter Client’s responsibility or Yardi’s liability disclaimer under this section 5(a) (Third Party Software & Hardware Requirements).

Related to Hardware Requirements

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.
