The provisions of this clause apply to Shift Workers in the Port Service Unit and Harbour Control for working conditions not taken into account through Job Evaluation Outcomes, Shift Allowances and Weekend Penalties.
Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
Deputy Minister means the Deputy Minister of the Ministry.
Mobile Banking means the banking services accessible from the Device you have registered with us for Mobile Banking.
