Guaranteed Person definition

Guaranteed Person has the meaning given to such term in Clause 7.1.
Guaranteed Person has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(a).
Guaranteed Person means each Bank, each Canadian Lending Bank, the Belgian Lending Bank, the Swing Line Bank, each Issuing Bank and the Agent.

  • If any amount shall be paid to any Guarantor on account of the foregoing rights at any time when all the Guaranteed Obligations shall not have been paid in full, such amount shall be held in trust for the benefit of each Guaranteed Person and shall forthwith be paid to the Agent to be credited and applied to the Guaranteed Obligations, whether matured or unmatured, in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents.
