GST credit definition

GST credit means an amount payable by the Comptroller as a GST credit under Article 34(3) or (4);
GST credit means the aggregate of the GST Credit Proportion of input tax credit (as defined under the GST Act) lying unutilised in the electronic credit ledgers of the Seller for the GST Registered State, computed separately for each respective GST Registered State in accordance with the provisions of Section 18(3) of CXXX Xxx, 0000, Section 20 (iv) of IGST Act,2017 read with Rule 41 of the CGST Rules, 2017, Circular No. 133 03 /2020/GST and the formula prescribed therein and is specified in Annexure III.

Examples of GST credit in a sentence

  • In case GST credit is denied to BHEL due to non-receipt or delayed receipt of goods and/ or tax invoice or expiry of timeline prescribed in GST law for availing such ITC, or any other reasons not attributable to BHEL, GST amount claimed in the invoice shall be disallowed to the vendor.

  • In case GST credit is delayed/ denied to RCF reversed subsequently as per GST law, due to non/delayed receipt of goods and/or services and/or tax invoice or expiry of timeline prescribed in GST Law for availing such ITC, non-payment of taxes or non-filing of returns or any other reason not attributable to RCF, GST amount shall be recoverable from Vendor/Supplier/Contractor along with interest levied/ leviable on RCF.

  • In case GST credit is not available to BHEL, no GST will be payable to the bidder.

  • In case GST credit is delayed/ denied to Corporation, due to non/delayed receipt of goods and/or services and/or tax invoice or expiry of timeline prescribed in GST Law for availing such ITC, or any other reason not attributable to CORPORATION, GST amount shall be recoverable from Vendor along with interest & penalty levied/ leviable.

  • In case vendor delays declaring such invoice in his return and GST credit availed by CORPORATION is denied or reversed subsequently as per GST law, GST amount paid by CORPORATION towards such ITC reversal as per GST law shall be recoverable from vendor/contractor along with interest & penalty levied/ leviable on CORPORATION.

  • In case vendor delays declaring such invoice in his return and GST credit availed by BHEL is denied or reversed subsequently as per GST law, GST amount paid by BHEL towards such ITC reversal as per GST law shall be recoverable from vendor/contractor along with interest levied / leviable on BHEL.

  • However, in case at the time of actual supply, the bidder charges GST at normal rate, the same shall be reimbursed subject to the availability of GST credit to BHEL.

  • Bidder shall note that in case of delay in declaring such invoice in your return and GST credit availed by BHEL is denied or reversed subsequently as per GST Law , GST amount paid by BHEL towards such ITC reversal as per GST law shall be recoverable from the bidder along with interest levied / leviable on BHEL.

  • In case GST credit is delayed/denied to BHEL due to non/delayed receipt of goods and/or tax invoice or expiry of timeline prescribed in GST law for availing such ITC, or any other reasons not attributable to BHEL, GST amount shall be recoverable from vendor along with interest levied/leviable on BHEL.

  • In case GST credit is delayed/ denied to BHEL, due to non/delayed receipt of goods and/or services and/or tax invoice or expiry of timeline prescribed in GST Law for availing such ITC, or any other reason not attributable to BHEL, GST amount shall be recoverable from Vendor along with interest & penalty levied/ leviable.

  • Service Credit means the periods of time for which the required contributions have been made to

  • Pension Credit ; means the means-tested Guarantee or Savings Credit administered by the Department for Work and Pensions under the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002;

  • Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.

  • Available Credit means, at any time, (a) the then effective Revolving Credit Commitments minus (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Agent maintained at the office of the Agent at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Tower Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.
