Examples of GS1 Ireland in a sentence

  • You will only disclose that information to the extent that: (a) it is necessary to perform Your obligations under the Licence and on a "need-to-know" basis only; (b) GS1 Ireland authorises it in writing; or (c) as required by law.

  • You will provide all such information and assistance in respect of such suspected infringement as GS1 Ireland reasonably requests at Your own cost and expense.

  • GS1 Ireland will have control over any steps GS1 Ireland may wish to take in relation to the suspected infringement and all such steps shall be at GS1 Ireland's cost.

  • GS1 Ireland may, from time to time, change the amount of the Licence fee by written notice to You.

  • Nothing in this condition prevents either GS1 Ireland or You from applying to a court for urgent relief.

  • You must not use any numbers which purport to be issued by GS1 Ireland or which copy or are in any way similar to the GS1 Identification Keys.

  • Modifications to these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the Licence by GS1 Ireland shall become effective after a period of three months following notification to You in writing, provided that You have not raised any objections within 30 days of such notification.

  • Notices for GS1 Ireland must be sent to the Chief Executive of GS1 Ireland at GS1 Ireland's address as notified to You from time to time.

  • Where any dispute arises in relation to the Licence and these Terms and Conditions or any matter arising under them, GS1 Ireland and You will make genuine efforts to resolve the dispute or matter by negotiation.

Related to GS1 Ireland

  • Ireland means the Republic of Ireland.

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;

  • United Kingdom means Great Britain and Northern Ireland;

  • Finland means the Republic of Finland and, when used in a geographical sense, means the territory of the Republic of Finland, and any area adjacent to the territorial waters of the Republic of Finland within which, under the laws of Finland and in accordance with international law, the rights of Finland with respect to the exploration for and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea bed and its sub-soil and of the superjacent waters may be exercised;

  • Norway means the Kingdom of Norway, and includes the land territory and internal waters, the territorial sea and the area beyond the territorial sea where the Kingdom of Norway, according to Norwegian legislation and in accordance with international law, may exercise her rights with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources; the term does not comprise Svalbard, Jan Mayen and the Norwegian dependencies (“xxxxxx”);

  • Western Australia the following definitions‑

  • the United Kingdom means Great Britain and Northern Ireland;

  • Bermuda means the Islands of Bermuda;

  • South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;

  • Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia.

  • United Kingdom national means an individual who is—

  • Malaysia means the territories of the Federation of Malaysia, the territorial waters of Malaysia and the sea-bed and subsoil of the territorial waters, and includes any area extending beyond the limits of the territorial waters of Malaysia, and the sea-bed and subsoil of any such area, which has been or may hereafter be designated under the laws of Malaysia and in accordance with international law as an area over which Malaysia has sovereign rights for the purposes of exploring and exploiting the natural resources, whether living or non-living;

  • Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Sweden means the Kingdom of Sweden and, when used in a geographical sense, includes the national territory, the territorial sea of Sweden as well as other maritime areas over which Sweden in accordance with international law exercises sovereign rights or jurisdiction;

  • Australian Corporations Act means the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth) of Australia.

  • Spain means the Kingdom of Spain.

  • Canada means the ten provinces of Canada, the Yukon Territory, the Districts and Islands comprising the Northwest Territories of Canada and Nunavut.

  • Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:

  • Cayman Islands means the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory.

  • Islands (“Ynysoedd”) means the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man;

  • France means the European and overseas departments of the French Republic including the territorial sea, and any area outside the territorial sea within which, in accordance with international law, the French Republic has sovereign rights for the purpose of exploring and exploiting the natural resources of the seabed and its subsoil and the superjacent waters;

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

  • Denmark means the Kingdom of Denmark including any area outside the territorial sea of Denmark which in accordance with international law has been or may hereafter be designated under Danish laws as an area within which Denmark may exercise sovereign rights with respect to the exploration and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea-bed or its subsoil and the superjacent waters and with respect to other activities for the exploration and economic exploitation of the area; the term does not comprise the Faroe Islands and Greenland;

  • Russian Security means a Security issued by a Russian issuer.

  • Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;

  • Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;
