Russian Security means a Security issued by a Russian issuer. (i) "Share Extract" shall mean: (i) an extract of its share registration books issued by a Registrar Company indicating an investor's ownership of a security; and (ii) a form prepared by CMBI or its agent in those cases where a Registrar Company in unwilling to issue a Share Extract.

• Each Security Representative shall give prompt notice to the Principal Facilities Agent of the appointment of any delegate as aforesaid (and, in connection therewith, the Principal Russian Security Agent hereby gives notice of its appointment of IMB to perform certain of the duties and obligations of the nature contemplated by the Russian Security Agreements to which the Principal Russian Security Agent is a party).

• The Russian Security Agreements shall be executed in the Russian language accompanied by a certified English translation thereof.
