Grounds For. Cause" Termination. Commission of any of the following acts by Employee constitute grounds for the Employer to terminate Employee "for cause" under this paragraph:

  • Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.

  • Disturbance Control Standard or “DCS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the time limit following a disturbance within which a balancing authority must return its Area Control Error to within a specified range.
