Green Improvements definition

Green Improvements means the repairs, renovations and installation of energy and water savings measures to be made to the Improvements existing at or upon the Mortgaged Property as of the date of this Loan Agreement, which are being made to improve energy and water efficiency at the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work under the subcategory “Green Improvements”.

Examples of Green Improvements in a sentence

  • The Green Improvements Deposit must be used solely for the Green Improvements.

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the Green Repair Reserve Deposit is not checked in the Summary, then at the completion of the Green Improvements, Borrower will only be required to provide an Engineer’s Certificate upon Lender’s request.

  • In addition to the funds deposited into the Repair Reserve Fund, if any, as described in Section 4.03, Lender and Borrower acknowledge that Borrower has deposited into the Repair Reserve Fund the Green Improvements Deposit as of the date of this Loan Agreement, and that Borrower must complete the Green Improvements required pursuant to Sections 4.03 and 6.14.

  • Lender and Borrower acknowledge that Borrower has deposited into the Repair Reserve Fund the Green Improvements Deposit as of the date of this Loan Agreement, and that Borrower must complete the Green Improvements required pursuant to Sections 4.03 and 6.14.

  • To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Borrower irrevocably waives all rights, if any, to prohibit any disclosure or publication, including any right of privacy, in connection with the Green Improvements Information.

  • If a Green Repair Reserve Deposit is marked required in Section 1.03, then on the Closing Date, Borrower will deposit the amount set forth in Section 1.03 into the Repair Reserve Fund to be used for Green Improvements.

  • The Benchmarking Data must be inputted for both energy and water even if the Green Improvements were not intended to benefit a specific utility expense category.

  • Borrower must complete the Green Improvements by the Green Improvements Completion Date in accordance with Sections 4.03 and 6.14.

Related to Green Improvements

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements conceived or first reduced to practice jointly by (a) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Novartis or any Affiliate of Novartis.
