Grade, finish definition

Grade, finish means the top surface elevation of lawns, walks, drives or other improved surfaces after completion of construction or grading operations. When used as a reference point in measuring building height, the grade shall be the average elevation of the finished ground at the exterior walls of the building.

  • Trade Fixtures means Lessee’s machinery and equipment that can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises.
