GP Event of Default definition

GP Event of Default means the occurrence of any one or more of the following:

GP Event of Default has the meaning given to such term in Retail Limited Partnership Agreement;

GP Event of Default has the meaning given to such term in the Ottawa 67’s Limited Partnership Agreement;

• For clarity, the provisions herein regarding default and the Limited Partner’s rights in the event of a GP Event of Default shall be in addition to and without derogation from the rights of the City and OSEG contained in the Project Agreement or the Material Agreements.

• The General Partner will notify the Limited Partner of the occurrence, and details, of any GP Event of Default and of any event or circumstance which is likely, with the passage of time or otherwise, to constitute or give rise to a GP Event of Default, in either case promptly on the General Partner becoming aware of its occurrence.
