Examples of CFL Team in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, there shall be no Disposition of the CFL Team prior to the eighth (8th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date (as defined in the Stadium Lease).

  • Each Fiscal Year of the Limited Partnership shall end on December 31st or such other date as shall be determined by OSEG and the City pursuant to the CFL Team Shareholder’s Agreement, provided that in the year in which the Limited Partnership is dissolved the Fiscal Year of the Limited Partnership shall end on the date of dissolution.

  • There shall be no Disposition of the GP Unit or the Units except in accordance with the CFL Team Shareholder’s Agreement and the Project Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding Section 7.3 hereof, at any time after the eighth (8th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date (as defined in the Stadium Lease), the Corporation shall have the right, on behalf of the CFL Limited Partnership, to require the CFL Team to cease to operate, subject to the provisions of section 13.4(b) of the Project Agreement.

  • There shall be no Disposition of all or any material portion of the assets of the Limited Partnership except in accordance with the CFL Team Shareholder’s Agreement or as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Project Agreement or any of the Material Agreements.

  • The General Partner shall not be entitled to borrow on behalf of the Limited Partnership, or on its own behalf, or to grant Encumbrances against any of the assets of the Limited Partnership without the prior written approval of the City and OSEG pursuant to the CFL Team Shareholder’s Agreement, with the exception of the Permitted Borrowing and Encumbrances for the Permitted Borrowing permitted under Section 8.3(b).
