GP Compliance Program definition

GP Compliance Program means, collectively, the programs managed by GP for purposes of validating whether submitted Test Tools, Products, and applying laboratory facilities, satisfy applicable Qualification conditions and requirements, and includes the GlobalPlatform Product Qualification Program, the GlobalPlatform Test Tool Qualification Program, and the GlobalPlatform Qualified Laboratory Program.

  • Each Qualification and the continuance of each Listing is further subject to Company’s continued satisfaction of all applicable GP Compliance Program requirements and policies, including without limitation, those relating to such Qualification and Listing and Company’s maintenance thereof.

  • Company agrees to pay GP, and GP may invoice Company for, all fees and costs associated with Company's Qualification and participation in the GP Compliance Program as a GP Qualified Product vendor, including without limitation, initial Qualification fees, re-Qualification fees, Listing fees, and fees for review of applicable test results (collectively, “Fees”), in each case, as and in the manner specified by GP.

  • All testing of proposed GP Compliant Products shall be conducted in accordance with the GP Compliance Program and using the then most current versions of the applicable GP Qualified Test Tools made available by the corresponding GP Qualified Test Tool vendor, which GP Qualified Test Tool in each case must have incorporated each applicable Mandatory Update released by GP in accordance with the corresponding plan of adoption issued by GP for such Mandatory Update.

  • Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.

  • Safety compliance facility means a licensee that is a commercial entity that receives marihuana from a marihuana facility or registered primary caregiver, tests it for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

  • Compliance Review means that Digital Risk reviewed each Loan to determine, as applicable, to the extent possible and subject to the caveats below, whether the Loan complies with the applicable Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements as noted below, each as amended, restated and/or replaced from time to time.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.

  • Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
