MobileEquipment definition

MobileEquipment means any mobile equipment containing one or more SIM Card(s) for one or more mobile networks that is used to make or receive calls, texts and data, and can operate without mains power. "SMS" and / or "MMS" means the short message service and multimedia message service which allows text messages and/or pictures to be sent and received from mobile equipment "Value Added MobileService" means the value-added services in relation to Mobile Services, (for example, insurance, repair, finance) as may be made generally available from time to time by plan.com to business customers, the details of which appear on the plan.com website.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.
