Good Die definition

Good Die means a Die on a Wafer which meets the specifications as per Exhibits 3, 4 and 5, and which fully satisfies the relevant test program for Wafer test, supplied by APT.
Good Die means die that is manufactured and performs in conformance with ADESTO’s applicable DATA SHEET.
Good Die means a Die, which successfully passed the Test Program and fully satisfies all applicable Acceptance Criteria.

  • The terms of this Agreement shall govern the Sales and purchase of Wafers and Good Die.

More Definitions of Good Die

Good Die means all Dies fulfilling the relevant Contract Product specification.
Good Die means the number of yielded good Licensed Integrated Circuits manufactured by Licensee, whether such Licensed Integrated Circuits are bare die, fully packaged, or otherwise.

Related to Good Die

  • Good Leaver means, unless otherwise specified herein, the Owner’s ceasing to be a member of the executive management or an employee of the Company or a subsidiary for any reason other than due to (i) death, (ii) being a Voluntary Leaver, or (iii) being a Bad Leaver. The Owner’s employment shall be deemed ceased at the time the notice of termination served by the Owner to the Company or a subsidiary expires.

  • Good cause exception means the issuance of a fingerprint

  • Mental retardation means a condition of arrested or incomplete development of mind of a person which is specially characterised by sub-normality of intelligence;

  • Material Real Property means any fee owned Real Property located in the United States that is owned by any Loan Party with a fair market value in excess of $10,000,000 (at the Closing Date or, with respect to Real Property acquired after the Closing Date, at the time of acquisition, in each case, as reasonably estimated by the Borrower in good faith).

  • Dependent adult means a person 18 years of age or older who is unable to protect the person’s own interests or unable to adequately perform or obtain services necessary to meet essential human needs, as a result of a physical or mental condition which requires assistance from another.
