GNUP definition

GNUP means the manufacturer will rebate the difference between WAC and a set dollar amount.
GNUP is the net price per unit specified in Attachment A. For products where the basis of the discount is WAC, the GNUP is equal to the per unit WAC of the product less National Rebate and State Supplemental Rebate unit amounts, if any. For products where the basis of the discount is AMP, the GNUP is equal to the per unit AMP of the product less National Rebate and State Supplemental Rebate unit amounts, if any.
GNUP or “Discount Per Unit” means the amount(s) agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement in the attached TOP$sm Multistate Supplemental Drug Rebate Formulae (Attachment B).
