GLPL PPA means the power purchase agreement effective July 2009 between GLPT TOLL LP and Great Lakes Power Limited relating to the facilities owned by Great Lakes Power Limited;
PPA means the Power Purchase Agreement signed between the successful bidder and MSEDCL according to the terms and conditions of the standard PPA enclosed with this RfS;
NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.
mg/l means milligrams per liter.
FIPPA means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and the regulations made under it as it and they may be amended from time to time;
MFIPPA means the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
