Global Debenture Legend definition

Global Debenture Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(f), which is required to be placed on all Global Debentures issued under this Indenture.

Global Debenture Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(ii), which is required to be placed on all Global Debentures issued under this Indenture.

Global Debenture Legend means the legend identified as such in Schedule “A”;
