Giving Platform definition

Giving Platform means the Client’s dedicated page on the App or the Website, as applicable under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Client acknowledges that the Client will need to register through the Administrative Portal all employees that desire to use the Giving Platform in order for uBack to grant access to such employee.
