Geological Reserves definition

Geological Reserves means [(i) for Schedule II Coal Mines, the gross reserves mentioned in the Geological Report under the Act less the coal reserves extracted from the Coal/ Mine till March 31, 2020 and ii) for mines other than Schedule II Coal Mines, the gross reserves mentioned in the Geological Report.]5 [gross reserves mentioned in the Geological Report.] 6.
Geological Reserves means the gross reserves mentioned in the Geological Report.

  • For Coal Mines with Geological Reserves up to 200 MT, Upfront Amount shall be lower of i) 0.25% (zero point twenty five percent) of the Value of Estimated Geological Reserves of the Coal Mine and ii) Rs. 100 Crore.

  • Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of a measured or indicated mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified. A mineral reserve includes diluting materials and allowances for losses that may occur when the material is mined.

  • Total Reserves means, at any time, the sum of: (a) the Yield Reserve, plus (b) the greater of (i) the Concentration Reserve plus the Minimum Dilution Reserve and (ii) the Loss Reserve plus the Dilution Reserve.

  • Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Chemical restraint means the use of medication to control a student’s violent physical behavior or restrict a student’s freedom of movement.

  • Proven Mineral Reserve means that economically mineable part of a measured mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified;

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • Federal Reserve Board means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

  • Medical record means any document or combination of documents, except births, deaths, and the fact of admission to or discharge from a hospital, that pertains to the medical history, diagnosis, prognosis, or medical condition of a patient and that is generated and maintained in the process of medical treatment.

  • Initial Reserve Report means the report prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2018.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.
