Generic Reports definition

Generic Reports means reports that may include Your Data in an anonymous, generic, and/or de-identified format aggregated with other data not constituting Your Data solely for analyzing customer needs, monitoring the Services, developing, improving and enhancing Our products and services, or providing benchmark data of usage and configuration of Non-4SIGHT Applications to other customers. “Malicious Code” means code, files, scripts, agents or programs intended to do harm, including, for example, viruses, worms, back doors, time bombs and Trojan horses.
Generic Reports means reports that may include Customer Services Data in an anonymous, generic, de- identified format aggregated with other data not constituting Customer Services Data solely and exclusively for analyzing customer needs, improving SSC products and services, or providing benchmark data of usage and configuration of applications to other customers.

Examples of Generic Reports in a sentence

  • Customer reserve all of Customer’s rights, title and interest in Customer Services Data, provided that SSC may use Customer Services Data to create Generic Reports and as provided in Section 6.2 below.

  • You reserve all of Your rights, title and interest in Your Services Data, provided that We may use Your Services Data to create Generic Reports and as provided in Section 7.2 below.

  • You grant Us and Our Affiliates the right to use Your Data in order to: (a) provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Statement, (b) prevent or address service or technical problems, or (c) as may be required by law, and (c) create Generic Reports.

  • You reserve all of Your right, title and interest in Your Data, provided that We may use Your Data to create Generic Reports and as provided in Section 7.2 below.
