General Security Trustee means Barclays Bank PLC, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, acting through its office at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, or such other person as may at the relevant time have been appointed and be acting as general security trustee pursuant to clause 7.23 of the Deed of Proceeds and Priorities, together with each other person who may at the relevant time be acting as additional or co-trustee pursuant to clause 7.22 of the Deed of Proceeds and Priorities and (unless the context otherwise requires) each agent appointed by the General Security Trustee pursuant to clause 7.18 of the Deed of Proceeds and Priorities;
