Bail bond means a bond for a specified monetary amount executed by the defendant or principal and a qualified licensee which is issued to a court, magistrate, or authorized officer as security for the subsequent appearance of the defendant upon his release from actual custody pending the appearance;
Initial Bond means any Bond issued on the First Issue Date. “Initial Bond Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1.
Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.
covered bond means a debt security issued by any member of the banking group, for which repayment to holders is guaranteed by a SPV, and investors retain an unsecured claim on the issuer.
School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.
Corporate bond means a senior secured debt obligation issued by a domestic business entity and rated not lower than “AA-” or the equivalent by a nationally recognized investment rating firm. The term does not include a debt obligation that, on conversion, would result in the holder becoming a stockholder or shareholder in the entity, or any affiliate or subsidiary of the entity, that issued the debt obligation, or is an unsecured debt obligation. Gov’t Code 2256.0204(a)
Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.
Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied

Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.
Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.
Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.
Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.
Corporate Bonds means a debt obligation of a United States-chartered corporation with a maturity date greater than 270 days, which may be interest-bearing or discount-purchased.
Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.
Global Bond means a 2013 Bond in registered global form without interest coupons.
Bond means a debt instrument (Sw. skuldförbindelse) for the Nominal Amount and of the type set forth in Chapter 1 Section 3 of the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, including the Initial Bonds and any Subsequent Bonds.
Reference Bond means for any Reset Period a government security or securities issued by the state responsible for issuing the Specified Currency (which, if the Specified Currency is euro, shall be Germany) selected by the Issuer on the advice of an investment bank of international repute as having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable with the relevant Reset Period that would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities denominated in the same currency as the Notes and of a comparable maturity to the relevant Reset Period.
Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.
Subordinate Bonds means all Bonds but Senior Bonds.
Reference Bond Price means, with respect to any date of redemption, (a) the arithmetic average of the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations for such date of redemption, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Determination Agent obtains fewer than four such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations;
Initial Bond Issue means the issuance of the Initial Bonds. "Initial Bonds" means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.
Performance Bond means the financial security for performance a USF Service Provider must furnish in accordance with section 54 of this RFA;
First Mortgage Bonds means bonds issued by the Company pursuant to the Indenture.
Children of other Christian denominations means children who belong to other churches and ecclesial communities which, acknowledging God’s revelation in Christ, confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures, and, in obedience to God’s will and in the power of the Holy Spirit commit themselves: to seek a deepening of their communion with Christ and with one another in the Church, which is his body; and to fulfil their mission to proclaim the Gospel by common witness and service in the world to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. An ecclesial community which on principle has no credal statements in its tradition, is included if it manifests faith in Christ as witnessed to in the Scriptures and is committed to working in the spirit of the above.All members of Churches Together in England and of Churches Together in Wales are deemed to be included in the above definition, as are all other churches and ecclesial communities that are in membership of any local Churches Together Group (by whatever title) on the above basis.
Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).
