Gemstone. ' means -
Gemstone means any Mineral or Mineral Substance consisting of one or more chemical elements which are precious and have high market value, including diamond, emerald, sapphire, ruby, tourmaline, topaz, aquamarine, garnet, peridot, amethyst and such other Mineral Substances that may be designated as Gemstones from time to time in the Mining Regulations.
