GC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT definition
GC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT means, with respect to each GC Construction Property, each contract between the Construction Agent, as general contractor for such GC Construction Property, and one or more subcontractors for such Property, as such contract may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Construction Agency Agreement.
