gazetted fee means a fee declared under subsection (4);
Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).
Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;
Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.
L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.
Agent’s Fee means the fee which is set out in this Agreement and which is payable by the Issuer to the Agent in consideration of the services performed by the Agent under this Agreement;
Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Mandatory Guest Fee means any separate fee that a patron or guest is charged for in addition to the base room rate for a guest room, including but not limited to resort fees, facility fees, destination fees, amenity fees, urban destination fees, or any other similar fee. Mandatory Guest Fees do not include employee gratuities, state or local mandatory taxes, and other tax-like fees and assessments that are levied on a stay, as determined by us, that are passed through to a third party (such as tourism public improvement district fees, tourism or improvement assessments, and convention center fees).
Fixed Fee means an agreed upon amount that is fixed at the inception of the Contract. In a cost reimbursable contract, the fixed fee includes the contractor’s direct and indirect administrative costs and profit allocable to the Contract.
Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;
Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b).
LC Fee is defined in Section 2.19.4.
Monthly Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(a).
Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan or an Unsubsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan.
Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;
Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.
Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.
Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:
Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).
Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.
