Gathering System means the Midstream Properties of the Credit Parties and the DevCos, as applicable, comprised of any pipeline or gathering system owned or leased from time to time by any Credit Party or DevCo that is used in the business of such Credit Party or DevCo.
Transporter means a person engaged in the offsite transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
Gathering means a party, crowd, or event, where a group of persons assemble for a social occasion or activity.
Meters shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a) hereof.
Meter means a device which records the demand and/or the electrical energy consumed and includes conventional and prepayment meters;
Calibration means the determination of (1) the response or reading of an instrument relative to a series of known radiation values over the range of the instrument, or (2) the strength of a source of radiation relative to a standard.
Shipper means a person that enters into a contract of transportation with a carrier.
Terminal means a device authorized by a Selling Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the Selling Lottery’s computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including making purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.
Production means methods of obtaining goods including growing, mining, harvesting, farming, raising, breeding, extracting, gathering, collecting, capturing, fishing, trapping, hunting, manufacturing, producing, processing or assembling a good;
Producer means a person who owns leases, operates, controls, or supervises a California production facility.
Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;
Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.
Producers society” means a society, the object of which is the production and disposal of goods or the collective disposal of the labour of the members thereof;
Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.
Receipt Point means a Welded Point from which a Shipper nominates to have Gas transported.
Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative re- source consumption.
Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a teletherapy unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.
Interconnection Study means any of the following studies: the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study, and the Interconnection Facilities Study described in the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study (“SRIS”) shall mean an engineering study, conducted in accordance with Section 30.7 of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures, that evaluates the impact of the proposed Large Generating Facility on the safety and reliability of the New York State Transmission System and, if applicable, an Affected System, to determine what Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities are needed for the proposed Large Generation Facility of the Developer to connect reliably to the New York State Transmission System in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Agreement shall mean the form of agreement contained in Appendix 3 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study. IRS shall mean the Internal Revenue Service.
Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
Interconnection is as described in the Act and refers to the connection between networks for the purpose of transmission and routing of telephone Exchange Service traffic, Exchange Access and Jointly Provided Switched Access traffic.
Production area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
AES means the Advanced Encryption Standard, a specification of Federal Information Processing Standards Publications for the encryption of electronic data issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (http://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.197.pdf).
Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:
Biodiesel means a diesel fuel substitute produced from nonpetroleum renewable resources that meet the registration requirements for fuels and fuel additives established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under section 211 of the Clean Air Act. It includes biodiesel that is all of the following:
Tank means a stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed primarily of non-earthen materials (e.g., wood, concrete, steel, plastic) which provide structural support.
Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.
