Gaming Project definition

Gaming Project shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(n) hereof.
Gaming Project means the Gaming Business of the Tribe or any affiliate of the Tribe conducted at the River Rock Casino and its ancillary structures and any expansions, replacements, or improvements thereto.
Gaming Project means the project in Jefferson County, Missouri or another gaming project with final plans showing at least 1,000 slot machines on the date of opening.

  • Gaming Facility means any casino, hotel, resort, race track, off-track wagering site, venue at which gaming or wagering is conducted, and all related or ancillary property and assets.
