FX Securities Conversion Transaction definition

FX Securities Conversion Transaction means a contract for the exchange of one currency against another currency where the contract for the exchange of those currencies is used solely for the purpose of the sale or purchase of a transferable security and where the actual exchange of one currency against another is executed contemporaneously in an amount equal to the price of the security and is settled during the Market Standard Delivery Period; provided that such transaction has not been structured to evade and settlement has not been intentionally delayed in order to avoid applicable foreign exchange regulatory requirements;
