Future Employment definition

Future Employment. (“FE”) means the average number of employees of the Company in the State each year after February 28, 2006, which may be an estimate for the first twelve (12) months, and as reported by the Company to the Mississippi Employment Security Commission over each twelve (12) month period thereafter.
