Future Application definition

Future Application an application or applications submitted by the Student for Future Loans for Future Academic Years. Future Contributions: any contribution payable by the Student for Future Academic Years. Future Loan/Loans: any loan(s) granted pursuant to a Future Application. Gross Earnings: annual income from all sources except social security benefits that are disregarded for the purposes of computing a person’s income tax liability Indebtedness: any obligation to pay or repay money, present or future, whether actual or contingent, sole or joint and any guarantee or indemnity of any of those obligations. Institution: the educational institution at which the Student shall study the Course as specified in the Application. Loan: the principal amount of the loan made or to be made by the Department to the Student under this agreement pursuant to the Application or (as the context requires) the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan and where the context so admits shall include the principal amount outstanding of any Future Loan(s). Potential Event of Default: any event or circumstance specified in clause Regulations: the Education (Student Awards) Regulations 2015 (as amended or superseded).

Examples of Future Application in a sentence

  • In order to qualify as a Future Application under this section, the concepts brought by PGIC must be different than existing IGT products or products already under development by IGT.

  • Upon Venture’s receipt of a Future Application Notice from Startup, Venture shall have a period of thirty (30) days within which to deliver written notice of its election to exclusively collaborate with Startup with respect to the Future Application described in such Future Application Notice, and if Venture fails to send such election to Startup within such 30-day period, Startup shall be free to collaborate with such other party as it determines with respect to such Future Application.

  • The arbitrator shall be charged with determining whether an AMAC request with respect to a particular Future Application is unreasonable and/or not feasible for technical or development schedule reasons.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, AMAC expressly understands and agrees that the use of any survey, algorithms, content libraries, content programs, or scripting in any HH Application or Future Application is at its own risk.

  • If Startup desires to develop a Future Application, Startup shall deliver written notice to Venture that describes in reasonable detail the proposed functionality and features of such Future Application (a “Future Application Notice”).
