Fully participate definition

Fully participate means the opportunity for an institution, a student complainant, a student respondent, or a registered student organization to be provided an opportunity to present and be advised by an attorney or non-attorney advocate. If an individual chooses not to participate in the process, they will need to complete a waiver. The waiver will be emailed to the Complainant or Respondent through college email.

  • Participate in an entity means (1) to be a partner, shareholder, owner, member, or employee of such entity, or (2) to provide services, agree to provide services, or offer to provide services, to a payor through such entity.
