Full T&S Outage Event definition

Full T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance affecting the relevant T&S Network which prevents the Facility from accessing and exporting any captured CO2 Rich Stream to such T&S Network;
Full T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance affecting the relevant T&S Network which prevents the Capture Plant from accessing and exporting any captured CO2 Rich Stream to such T&S Network for a period equal to or exceeding one (1) day;
Full T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance that prevents the Facility from accessing and exporting any CO2 to the T&S Network by the Facility;

Full T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance affecting the relevant T&S Network which does not arise out of or in connection with any act, omission, breach or default by the Emitter or its Representatives, and which prevents the Capture Plant from accessing and exporting any CO2 to such T&S Network for a period exceeding one (1) day;
Full T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance affecting the relevant T&S Network which does not arise out of or in connection with any act, omission, breach or default by the Generator or its Representatives, and which prevents the Facility from accessing and exporting any CO2 to such T&S Network;

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Full-time student means a person attending or undertaking a full-time course of study and includes a student on a sandwich course;

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Full-time job means a job performed by an individual for 35 hours or more each week and whose income and social security taxes are withheld by 1 or more of the following:

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.

  • Full-time position means a position of gainful employment where the number of hours worked by the employee is not less than 30 hours during any given work week.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project, pursuant to a Curtailment Order. The Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
