Certified pool operator (CPO) definition
Certified pool operator (CPO) means someone who has successfully completed the CPO course sanctioned by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, the Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) course sanctioned by the National Recreation and Park Association, or an equivalent course approved by the department.
Certified pool operator (CPO) means a person trained and certified by satisfactory completion of the National Swimming Pool Foundation’s Swimming Pool and Spa Operator’s Training Course or equal as approved by the health department.
