Full Bonus definition

Full Bonus means a cash amount equal to the annual bonus otherwise payable to Employee based on actual performance pursuant to the bonus program described in Section 9(c) above for the most recent completed fiscal year ending prior to Employee’s termination.
Full Bonus means the entire amount of the Bonus (120% of Base Salary).
Full Bonus means a cash amount equal to the annual bonus otherwise payable to the Covered Employee based on actual performance pursuant to any Annual Bonus Program in which the Covered Employee participated for the most recent completed fiscal year ending prior to the Covered Employee’s Covered Termination, Death/Disability Termination or Retirement, as applicable.

Examples of Full Bonus in a sentence

  • For each of the Bonus Periods 2,3, 4 and 5 ("Full Bonus Periods"), Employee shall be paid a bonus equal to seven percent (7%) of the Adjusted Pretax Profits up to a bonus payment of $60,000.

Related to Full Bonus

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of any distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $28.00.

  • Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.
