Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle definition

Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle means as defined in G.S. 20-4.01.
Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle or “FCEV” means a zero-emission vehicle that runs on compressed hydrogen fed into a fuel cell stack that produces electricity to power the vehicle.
Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle means an on-road or nonroad vehicle that uses a fuel cell (as defined in section 803 of the Spark M. Matsunaga Hy- drogen Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16152)).
