FTD Option definition

FTD Option has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b).

Examples of FTD Option in a sentence

  • With respect to each FTD Option, FTD shall give each FTD Participant full vesting service credit for such FTD Participant’s service with United Online or any of its Subsidiaries prior to the Distribution Date to the same extent such service was recognized with respect to the corresponding UOL Option immediately prior to the Distribution Date.

  • Upon the exercise of (or FTD’s receipt of notice of the intent to exercise) an FTD Option by ▇▇▇▇ ▇.

Related to FTD Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to Exercise the Option.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
