Front Face definition

Front Face means the portion of the building facing and closest to the front lot line, but where there is more than one front lot line, the portion of the building facing and closest to the frontage;
Front Face means the nearest projection of a Principal Building measured at right angles to the Front Lot Line, but specifically excludes those features listed as Siting Exceptions in Section 16.
