Freight Conditions definition

Freight Conditions means the Freight Transport Association Model Conditions of Carriage by Road in the United Kingdom 1990. same is defined in the Freight Conditions) and shall indemnify Tardis from all losses, liabilities, costs, claims, expenses, proceedings and damages suffered or incurred by Tardis and arising directly or indirectly from any breach by the Customer of such obligations.
Freight Conditions means the provisions of this contract.

  • In the event of inconsistency between these Freight Conditions and the Tariff, the former shall prevail.

  • The nullity of such a term or condition does not affect the validity of the other terms or conditions of these Freight Conditions of Carriage or of the Contract of Carriage.

  • Freight Conditions: Unless specifically stated that freight is allowed, all orders shall be F.O.B shipping point.

  • LC Conditions has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.9.

  • Extension Conditions Defined in Section 3.06(a).

  • Business Condition means the current business, financial condition, results of operations and assets of a corporate entity.

  • Abnormal Market Conditions means conditions contrary to Normal Markets Conditions e.g. when there is low liquidity in the market or rapid price movements in the market or Price Gaps.

  • Civil aircraft means any aircraft other than a public aircraft.

  • Standard Listing Conditions has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.3;

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Redemption Conditions means, with respect to any payment of cash in respect of the principal amount of any Permitted Convertible Debt, satisfaction of each of the following events: (a) no Default or Event of Default shall exist or result therefrom, and (b) both immediately before and at all times after such redemption, Borrower’s Qualified Cash shall be no less than the sum of 150% of the outstanding Secured Obligations plus the Qualified Cash A/P Amount.
