The Company may exercise its right to Redemption under this Section 6 on the Trading Day immediately following any Equity Conditions Measuring Period by delivering a written notice thereof, by electronic mail to all, but not less than all, of the holders of the Registered Warrants (each, a “Redemption Notice”, and the date thereof, each a “Redemption Notice Date”).
