Franchise Organization definition

Franchise Organization means any group of two or more Franchisees, acting in concert on behalf of themselves and/or other franchisees for the purpose of addressing with Seller concerns or issues under the Franchise Agreements or in connection with the operation of the Stores.

  • Procurement organization means an eye bank, organ procurement organization, or tissue bank.

  • 17j-1 Organization means the Corporation or the Adviser, as the context requires.

  • Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
