Framework Order definition

Framework Order means the order issued pursuant to and in terms of a Framework Agreement to purchase Goods and/or Services from Menlo specifying at least the items listed in section 4.2;

Related to Framework Order

  • Framework Schedules means the schedules to this Framework Agreement;

  • framework contract means a payment service contract which governs the future execution of individual and successive payment transactions and which may contain the obligation and conditions for setting up a payment account;

  • Framework Agreement means this agreement consisting of the Clauses together with the Framework Schedules and any appendices and annexes to the same;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
