The termination of a Service Provider’s appointment under one or more Framework Lots shall not automatically terminate any Call Off Contract entered into at or before the date of termination unless the reason for termination is also a ground for the termination of any such Call Off Contract.
A Service Provider may terminate its appointment under one or more Framework Lots following any breach of this Framework Agreement by the Client (other than a breach which is notified to, and remedied by the Client within fifteen (15) Working Days of the notice), or in the event of the Client ceasing to carry on its business.
Such execution, where relevant, would be carried out by the same or another Supplier(s) under one of the other Framework Lots.
