  • Framework Agreement – Refers to a written agreement between a procuring entity and a supplier or service provider that identifies the terms and conditions, under which specific purchases, otherwise known as “Call-Offs,” are made for the duration of the agreement.

Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of modular buildings and associated services to Contracting Bodies by Framework Suppliers;
