Framework Consultant definition

Framework Consultant means the consultants that the Authority will fund on behalf of the Recipient to provide specialist advice on energy related issues in regard to either strategic, technical, commercial, financial and legal matters.
Framework Consultant means the Consultant and the Other Consultants, being the consultants on the Framework;
